Waiting for springEnquire

A jacaranda tree in the backyard is spread it’s branches, waiting for spring.
When that time comes, it will bloom all over in purple and show off it’s splendid transformation.
Birds nest among the branches of jacaranda tree and make their home,
Stoking up on food, they too wait for spring.
I’m also waiting for my spring, for this long pandemic era to pass…
